Ticketmaster Gift Card
Entertainment
Description
The opening notes of a concert, the tension of a match or laughing together at a show: some gifts are better experienced than unwrapped. A Ticketmaster gift card contributes to one of those moments. The recipient chooses the event, date and available place themselves. It suits someone with a firm favourite in mind, as well as someone who enjoys finding something new to see or hear.
Use this card on ticketmaster.be for eligible events in Belgium. Explore the selection and check that gift card payment is available for your tickets. Resale, ticket insurance and payments on partner websites are excluded. Take a moment to review the date, venue, age rules and total price too. The card leaves the choice to you, but it does not hold a seat or give you priority during a busy ticket sale.
At checkout, enter the gift card number and its security code. If your order costs more than the credit available, pay the difference using an offered payment method. Any remaining balance can be used later while the card is valid. Keep the card details after a purchase for that reason. Once the order is complete, follow the information about your actual tickets; the gift card itself is not an admission ticket.

Instructions
- Open the delivered card details or supplied link and have the final gift card number and security code ready. Do not use an order reference as the card number.
- Go to https://www.ticketmaster.be and select the event, date, ticket quantity and available places. Check that this order accepts gift card payment.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account or create one. Review the ticket details, chosen delivery option and total price.
- Select gift card at payment and enter the card number with the three-digit security code. Check that the credit is applied.
- If needed, add another eligible gift card through the available payment options, or pay the shortfall using an offered payment method. Complete the entire order.
- Keep the order confirmation and card details. Follow the delivery instructions for the actual tickets; present the required event ticket, rather than the gift card, at entry.

Yes. This edition allows up to 4 eligible gift cards for one order. If their combined balance is insufficient, pay the difference using an offered payment method. You do not have to spend unused credit in that same order.
Unspent money stays on the gift card for a later eligible order until its expiry date. Keep both the card number and security code safe. A remaining balance is not automatically paid back into your bank account.
Go to the gift card page on ticketmaster.be and open its balance checker. This card is valid for 12 months from purchase. Use your card details to check the balance and exact expiry date so you can spend it in time.
No. The card pays for tickets, but you still need to choose an event and available places and complete the order. Then follow Ticketmaster’s ticket instructions. The gift card does not guarantee availability or priority access to a sale.
Not always. The Belgian card excludes Resale tickets, ticket insurance and partner sites such as Universe. Gift card payment may also be disabled in some sponsored presales, such as bank-card promotions. Check the payment methods offered for your sale.
Check that you are on the correct country website and have entered the card number and security code accurately. Check the balance and expiry date too. If the problem continues, contact Ticketmaster through its official support and keep your purchase receipt.
