Instructions
- Open your order email or order page and find the final Google Play code. If your delivery contains a link first, open it to reveal the code.
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet. Tap your profile picture at the top right and check which Google Account is active.
- Choose Payments & subscriptions, then Redeem code. On a computer, you can instead visit https://play.google.com/redeem and sign in to the same account.
- Enter the full code without extra spaces or dashes and select Redeem. Review the account that will receive the credit on the next screen.
- Choose Confirm when the account is correct. Check your Google Play balance under Payments & subscriptions and keep your proof of purchase.

Pay for eligible apps, games and in-app extras billed through Google Play. Some subscriptions are excluded, and the card cannot pay for hardware. E-books are excluded for this version. Check that Google Play balance is offered when paying for your chosen purchase.
No. After redemption, unused money stays on the same Google Account for another eligible purchase. This regular purchased Google Play gift card has no expiry date. Promotional credit is different and may have an end date.
Google sets a minimum age of 13 and requires residence in Belgium for this version. Check this before choosing the card as a present. Google Play gift cards also cannot be set as the shared family payment method.
The card and balance are for use in Belgium, with a matching Google Play country. If you are abroad, wait until you return. Changing the language on your phone does not make the card usable in another country.
Redeemed Google Play balance is normally non-transferable. Check the account before confirming, especially on a shared phone or tablet. To give a present, send the unused code and let the recipient redeem it on their own account.
Check that you are entering the final gift code without spaces or dashes, and that your account country and location match. Google may ask for more information or apply a balance limit. Keep your receipt and follow official Google Play help for the displayed message.
