The card is for fashion, so it does not cover everything you might see on the website: beauty products, jewellery and electronics are among the exclusions. At checkout, you can see how much can be paid with the card. If your order costs more, or your basket also contains excluded items, use another available payment method for the remaining amount.

- Find the Zalando code in your order email or order page. If you first receive a link to view the card, open it to reveal the final gift-card code.
- Visit https://www.zalando.be and sign in to your Zalando account. In the app, use the shop corresponding to this website.
- Open the gift-card or gift-card balance section of your account, enter the code and confirm redemption. Alternatively, enter it in the voucher or gift-card field at checkout.
- Check that the credit has been added or applied to the order. It covers eligible fashion items; pay for excluded items and any remaining amount using another offered method.
- Complete the order only after the gift-card payment is shown correctly. The code cannot be applied retrospectively to an order you have already placed.
