- Open your order page or delivery email. If an activation link is included, open it first to reveal the final PlayStation code.
- Visit https://store.playstation.com and sign in to the account that should receive the credit. Check that its country is Belgium.
- Open your profile at the top right and choose Redeem Code. For a child account, use the family manager’s account.
- Enter the twelve-character PlayStation code and continue. Check the credit shown and confirm the redemption.
- Check your new balance under Payment Management in your profile. Then choose your purchase in PlayStation Store; available Wallet funds are used at checkout.

No. Unspent credit stays in your Wallet. If a purchase costs more than your balance, you can pay the difference with an available payment method. This Wallet credit is not for buying a console or controller from PlayStation Direct.
You can give an unused code to someone whose account country matches the card. Let them redeem it themselves. Once added, funds cannot be transferred between PlayStation accounts, so check the signed-in account carefully before confirming.
