After a purchase, any remaining credit stays on the same card within its validity period. If your chosen product costs more than the balance, you can pay the difference.
This card is for MediaMarkt in Belgium. You can use it in Belgian stores or on mediamarkt.be, whether you shop there in Dutch or French. Items from third-party Marketplace sellers are excluded. Online, select the gift card as your payment method and enter its number and PIN; in a store, the barcode is scanned. Keep the digital card for another purchase if any balance remains.

Instructions
- Open your digital card from your order email or order page. If you first receive a link, follow it and keep the card number, PIN and any barcode. Complete any activation step included with your card.
- Choose your items on mediamarkt.be. Check that MediaMarkt itself is the seller; Marketplace products cannot be paid for with this card.
- Go to checkout and choose “Geschenkkaart / Carte cadeau”. Enter the card number and matching PIN, rather than using an ordinary discount-code field.
- Confirm that you want to use the card and check the amount deducted from the order. Pay any difference using another payment method offered.
- Complete your order and keep the card while credit remains. For a store purchase, show the digital card or a clear printout at the till before paying.
Frequently asked questions
Use this card in Belgian MediaMarkt stores and on mediamarkt.be. Both the Dutch and French versions of the Belgian webshop are included. Selecting French as the website language does not turn it into a card for stores in France.
No. Purchases from external sellers on the MediaMarkt Marketplace cannot be paid for with a gift card. Check who sells the item: appearing on mediamarkt.be does not automatically mean that MediaMarkt itself is the seller.
No. Only the amount you spend is deducted. The rest stays on the card for a later purchase within its validity period. Keep the card details and check the date supplied with your particular card.
Yes. Put the available credit towards a purchase that costs more and pay the remainder using an offered payment method. Before completing the order, check how much was taken from the gift card and how much you still need to pay.
The Belgian webshop lets you use up to five gift cards in one transaction. Add each card separately using its own card number and PIN, then check the total deducted from the cost of your order.
