Inno Gift Card
Gift cards
Description
A new bag, a favourite fragrance or something for the table: an INNO gift can take many forms. The Belgian department store brings together women’s, men’s and children’s fashion with beauty, accessories, homeware and travel items. This gift card lets the recipient choose. It is useful when you know someone’s taste but are unsure about the right size, colour or particular version.
They can make an afternoon of shopping and take time to compare different brands. Perhaps they will find clothing for a special occasion, or something they will use every day. A gift for the home can be just as personal as a fashion item. You do not need to choose a whole outfit or complete set beforehand; the recipient decides what suits them best.
To pay in an INNO store, print the received voucher with its barcode. Any unused value can be spent later within its validity; if the purchase costs more, pay the difference. If your voucher also includes the 28-digit code for inno.be, you can use that online. Note the exclusions: alterations, reusable bags and services are among the items this voucher does not cover. Keep the voucher and purchase receipt.

Instructions
- Open your INNO voucher and check the barcode, value and validity information. Print it for use in store.
- Visit an INNO store in Belgium, choose your items and give the printed barcode to the cashier before paying.
- Have the voucher applied and pay any difference with another accepted payment method. Keep the voucher and receipt for remaining credit.
- For online use, first check that your voucher includes a 28-digit web code. Choose items on inno.be and proceed from the basket to ordering. You can sign in or continue as a guest.
- Use the web code for gift-card payment. Check deduction, delivery charges and any further payment before placing the final order. If the web code is missing, ask INNO to confirm online use for your voucher or use the printed barcode in store.
Frequently asked questions
You can pay in INNO stores in Belgium. Online payment at inno.be uses a 28-digit code. Check that your voucher includes it; a store barcode is not automatically the required web code.
Yes. Unused credit remains available until expiry. An INNO store can check the remaining balance; also check your receipt after a purchase. If the purchase costs more than the credit, you can pay the difference.
Alterations, such as adjusting clothing, reusable bags and services are among the exclusions. Ask the cashier to check such items separately. The voucher pays for eligible goods and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Yes, several INNO vouchers can be used towards one purchase. Online orders have a maximum of three e-vouchers; that online limit does not apply in store. Give the cashier all vouchers you wish to use before paying.
The amount paid with an INNO card or voucher is returned on an INNO card or voucher. For an in-store purchase paid with two methods, INNO’s terms say the entire returned amount is credited to an INNO card or voucher.
Read the expiry information supplied with your voucher before saving the credit for later. If no clear date is shown, have INNO confirm it. Money remaining on a voucher does not automatically make it valid again after expiry.
Yes. Bring a printout with the complete, clearly readable barcode for this e-voucher. Keep the digital original too. A lost or stolen voucher is not replaced, so treat its barcode like money.
