If it is a gift, let the recipient use the code themselves in their own Fnac.be account, where remaining credit will be held.

Instructions
- Open fnac.be and sign in to the account you want to use for the purchase, or create one. For a gift, use the recipient’s account.
- Choose eligible products sold by Fnac itself, add them to the basket and proceed to payment.
- Open the gift card and voucher section. On the French-language site it is called “Cartes & Chèques cadeaux”; choose the gift voucher option.
- Enter the twelve-character code containing letters and numbers. If the credit is already in your account, select that available gift voucher balance instead of adding the code again.
- Apply the amount you want to use and check how much of the order it covers. Pay any difference with an accepted payment card.
- Complete the order and keep the code and confirmation. Any remaining amount stays in the same account’s gift voucher balance for use before expiry.

Give the unused code to the recipient before adding it to your own account. They can then use the voucher themselves when placing an order at fnac.be. Any remaining amount stays in the gift voucher balance of the account used.
Fnac.be refunds the portion paid by digital gift voucher as a digital gift voucher. That portion is therefore not returned as money to your payment card. Keep the details of the refunded credit and use them for a future purchase.
