- Open the delivered gift card and find the final Deliveroo code, following any card-access link in your order email.
- Open https://deliveroo.be or the local Deliveroo app and sign in to the account that should receive the credit.
- Choose a place delivering to your address and add your items to the basket.
- At checkout, choose the option to add a voucher, promotional code or gift card. Enter the gift code exactly and confirm it.
- Check that the credit is applied. Pay any difference with another offered payment method before confirming the order.

No. When an order costs less than your credit, the remainder stays in your Deliveroo account. You can use it towards another order, provided the original expiry date has not passed.
Follow the date supplied with your delivered gift card. If no date is given, Deliveroo’s terms specify twelve months from purchase. You must spend the credit before that expiry date even after adding it to your account.
