Instructions
- Open your digital Coolblue card from your order email or order page. If you first receive a link, follow it to view the code and any PIN.
- Choose your product on coolblue.be, put it in your basket and continue with the order. Check the item and delivery details.
- On the payment-method page, choose the gift-card option, labelled Cadeaukaart. Enter the code and, if the form requests one, the matching card PIN.
- Confirm the card and check the order summary for the credit applied. Add any other cards separately; you can use up to ten per order.
- Pay any amount still due using an offered payment method and complete the order. In a store, show the digital card at the till before paying.
Frequently asked questions
Use this card on coolblue.be and in Coolblue stores in Belgium. Both the Dutch and French versions of the Belgian webshop are included. Choosing French does not turn it into a card for a French webshop.
Yes. You can use up to ten gift cards for one order. Add each code separately on the payment-method page, then check the total credit applied before you confirm and complete your purchase.
For a Coolblue card with 19 digits, use Coolblue’s official balance checker. If you have a 12-character code, enter it on the payment-method page. You do not need to confirm the order just to view the value applied.
The code and any PIN are included with your delivered digital card details. Which details are needed depends on the card type. Use the PIN belonging to that card if requested; your order number is not a gift-card code.
When Coolblue processes a return or cancellation for a purchase paid with this card, the relevant gift-card amount is added to your account as CoolblueCredit. It is not returned as cash; the purchased product’s return conditions still apply.
