Instructions
- Open your order email or order page to view the card details. If a secure link is supplied first, follow it to reveal the Airbnb card number and PIN.
- Visit airbnb.com/gift and sign in to the Airbnb account that should receive the credit. Create an account first if you need one.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN, then choose Redeem gift card. If you received a direct Airbnb redemption link, check the account and confirm the prefilled details.
- Open Payments, then Credits and coupons, to check that the full value appears on your account.
- Choose your stay and review how much gift card balance is applied at checkout. Add another payment method for any outstanding amount before confirming your booking.
